Terms & Conditions
- Guests below 18 years are not allowed without parents/guardian.
- Non-Government IDs are not accepted.
- Valid Government ID is mandatory.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Payment Policy
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI, NEFT/RTGS and Cash.
- Full payment is required at check-in.
- All pending charges must be cleared at check-out.
- Late check-out is subject to availability.
- Some bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours before check-in.
- Within 24 hours: 100% cancellation charges apply
Refund Policy
- Refunds require management approval.
- Process time: 2–3 weeks.
- Refund will be issued to original payment method.
